Camera view only shows the side of my car on NFS Rivals and couldn't get it back

Once I exited the garage the Camera view had only been showing the side of my car, and it the game will not let me rotate the camera so I can change it to normal, this has been happining with any car...

Is there any accessory plugged into the console such as a Playstation move or a camera...

If so please make sure these are not activated.

Try to clear your PlayStation 3's Cache as well: How do I clear my PlayStation 3's Cache?
