Can’t claim MClaren F1 package

I bought the product a week ago, it’s been 4 days that I’m lvl 31, I’m supposed to be lvl 30 go do the misión but it won’t appear for me, I tried deleting the game downloaded back up, clear cache, check for updates everything but still the same, chat with a team member nothing I did helped me get what I bought
