Fix for NFS Heat error 40050000
I found a way to fix the error 40050000. It works on PS5, but warning, it might not work for you. If it does, you can play online again. Basically what I did was to sell almost all of my cars and when I tried to reconnect, the game crashed, but then, when it tried to synchronize the inventory after I relaunched it, it just did it normally. I don't know, I had only 17 cars, but... Eh, if it works, it works. For the last 3 days i havent been able to go online and access community liveries on NFS Heat, and my race rewards are also lower than normal. whenever i try to go online i get spat out with error code 400500 or 400100. After approximately a dozen agents chatting with me over the last hour or so, they suggested that I post here that on NFS: Heat on PC that no matter what I put into the License Plate text editor, it's always flagged as profanity. I have verified integrity of game files, completed several reboots, completed a clean boot, verified language and region settings are all aligned between the PC, game, EA app, and steam. I am attaching the screenshots sent to the chat agents and (hopefully) a clip. Excuse the quality of screenshots and the clip. Hi all, I wanted to go back and play NFS 2015 on my PlayStation. However since downloading it, upon opening the game I can’t make it past the menus the game just crashes. I have downloaded it on my ps4, my ps5, both to try and get it to work and no matter what I do I can’t get it to work.
