Your best solution for you is contact The vendor for where you purchased the game at, and see if they will exchange the game with you. It sounds like a corrupt disc to me.
Also, another idea is contact Xbox and make sure your license for online play is still currently covered for you.
Something as simple as a bad online license or corrupt game disc could give anyone a true fit.
Another idea is make sure the country you live in is serviced for support and is not on a blocked Government list.
EA won't support coverage in many countries outside of America.
I hope my suggestions we're helpful today.
I wish you all the best.
Take care. 👍😁
There are no reasonable answers to this, especially because two of the three servers in this game work just fine. I can confirm that I can also connect to other EA servers in multiple there games just fine. I'm not in Iran, I'm not in any of the other countries listed. I'm in the USA and looking for a reasonable answer. I've scoured the internet, I've attempted to contact EA support but to no avail.
I'm a completionist, the only achievement I have left is this one achievement to do with the ranked playlist. This really sucks for me and there are no reasonable answers to be found anywhere.

I did some further deep research for a positive solution as I'm tirelessly trying to help people on the forums for positive help.
Here is a link I found that should hopefully be the missing link to your problem with the connection to the server you need.

Just search through and do some reading to get the best solution. let me know if these work or fail for you.
Also, Make sure that the clock on the Xbox one System is set correctly.
Some games won't connect unless it says you signed into XBL/PSN/Origin account.
Have a fabulous day. :eahigh_file:
