Can’t link ps4 account

I’ve been relentlessly trying to play need for speed (2015) using different solutions but nothing is working, all I see is ‘this account is invalid’ and that I require an EA account to access the online features of the game, which then led me to believe that I hadn’t linked the two accounts and then even that doesn’t work because my account is ‘ineligible’ I am really irritated that this is happening as it’s not the first EA game that I have encountered this and more upset knowing I won’t be able to get a refund for the game as I bought it on the PlayStation store

    I've tried this I've been having problems with ea stuff for months and haven't been able to play need for speed in months

    @sithbound Hi, can I check if you've reset your password with the steps above? What message/error do you get?

    Thank you. From what I can see, your posting account here is not linked to a PSN ID.


    To start, can you go to help.ea.com and log out if you're already logged in?

    You should then get the option to log in again with your EA login, or a console login option. If you choose to log in with your console credentials, it'll put you on the EA account that's linked to your PSN ID, and you can try a reset again. 

    If you have no luck with that, you can create a ticket on the help site, and support will take a closer look at your account.

    @EA_David Just stop with reseting the pass i try to put my password and don t work, can't write anything because appears chinese simbols and i deleted the game many times and same problem. Never again buy ea game, lost of money and time

    I am having the same problem, have you solved it by EA suggestion of resetting your password?
