Can’t remove parts

Playing on a IPhone 8+ on IOS 12.3.2

There are a verity if cars that once you install a part you cannot remove it. Mostly parts like the Rear spoiler or defuser. And Hood and light bars. 

There simply is no “stock” option for these parts. The only solution is to reset the build and start over.
