I am rep level 50. Beat the game already and have some cars maxxed out.

So after my PlayStation was wiped I downloaded everything thinking my level would at least be saved with it being an online game but neither the level or the purchased McLaren was there as you can see I bought this and also can see it’s not in the garage
I paid for the black market McLaren F1 and now it says I don't have ownership. I literally share my account with NOBODY. Restored licenses and everything.
I paid $5 for the Black Market McLaren F1 in NFS Heat and can’t collect it, I contacted EA and called them and they couldn't do anything except for me to restart the game and console, Nothing worked, I keep driving up to the collecting place and I could not collect it, I am also level 33.
