Can i set windowed mode or not?

You can try the following:

In Origin, right-click Need for Speed, then select Game Properties. In the argument box, type: -w. Click OK and try running the game again. You can use this command in most other games as well.

Game is on steam not, Origin sadly Tom ☹️
