map zooming in

I'm on Xbox One and whenever I check the map, it keeps zooming in till the maximum. If I press the zoom out button it takes a while to zoom out, eventually it happens but even if I keep the button pressed it will zoom in again after 2 seconds.

This is really annoying and I hope I'm just doing something wrong... any idea how to solve this?

I have something like this in several other games on my console. In this case, my controller has been deemed, by me, to be broken. A replacement is on the way.

My advise for you would thus also be to try a different controller to see if the issue persists.

Same problem on PC with mouse and keyboard. Trying to fly a jet and finding out where you are is near impossible with the map zoomed in. Let me know if you were able to fix it.

Its not his controller. It's the game. Im on PC with mouse and keyboard and havig the same issue.
