can make the game locked the angle or Y key on joypad(PC)

i think most of players have certain angle that they favor, but the game since last series didn't have such function, if the Y key or angle key can be locked, so even we press it accidently, it didn't change the view or raise issue when driving. pls add this function . like hold y to locked and unlocked, so even u wrongly press the Y , it didn't raised the issue as it need to hold the Y buttion or press Y button,
