Can not edit the color of my car.

Hello, so I've noticed everyone is able to paint their cars except me. I get a little error message everytime I go into my garage and try and choose a new paint or wrap. And the error says "sorry unable to retriever your custom wraps at this time from the server, please try again later". I have no idea what this means. This has happened since I first installed the game. Please HELP! I hate that I can only have the car with its stock color.

    Hi @Ceecena,

    I just checked your account and I found the error. Please contact a Game Advisor, they will have to change your account status (please mention that we send you for an account status change).

    Once that is done, it should work. Please let me know if you have further questions. Also, next time, please post on the Need for Speed boards.. :-)

    Sorry I had no idea where to post my topic. It's just very frustrating that I have to deal with this "small" problem. I honestly didn't even think my question would be answered. As to contacting a game advisor, I will try, but the link you gave me on contacting one seems to just take me back to the beginning of the page. Al
