Can Project Unite be hired with EA and Criterion??

Project Unite is a Need For Speed game modder who modded NFS 2015, Payback, and Heat. Ever since Ghost Games dropped off, and Criterion is the only one left, we need the only one who is great in planning, developing, and designing the next NFS game, and that's Project Unite. They are modders, but it seems that they are fit to become developers, and they could help out Criterion with the next NFS game. Ghost Games was such a failure. But if it was Unite, then this could be the brighter side. Take a look at Unite's projects in NFS Heat:

You can't believe how great their project was. Project Unite is not just only one person, but they're a group who changed and created these stunning graphics and UI of NFS Heat. They also did the same to Payback and 2015. I don't know how many members they are, but still, look at that, look at how they fixed NFS Heat. They've also fixed and removed several bugs in the game, once you install the mod. They even fixed the accuracy of the engine sounds for most vehicles in the game.

So, as you can see, they're not just modders, but should be hired as developers. I hope EA could hire them so they could help out Criterion plan and design NFS 2022. Project Unite should probably contact EA to join them.
