Can PS4 and PC play together?

I already own NFS Rivals for PC and I'm considering buying it for PS4 so I can play with someone. Is AllDrive cross-platform?

AllDrive works with players on the same platform. So if you’re playing on a PlayStation 3, you can only play against other PS3 players and friends with the same console.

The same goes with PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.

    Anyways the server’s size are very small, it would crash.

      What about PS5? Can they play against PS3 and PS4 players? Looking to get the online trophies for this game unlocked. PSN: C-C141020

        I am also wanted to unlock ps4 friends trophy but didn't find someone so I buy pc version but then I found out I am not able to do cross-platform so rubbish
