Can you play as a cop?

Haven't bought the game yet , however I wanted to know ... Can you be a cop such as in multiplayer and play against a racer friend? Any help is welcome if anyone knows thanks  There is literally no i...

@2225ec3e8aa3b519 You can't play as a cop in NFS Heat.

But you can improvise and make a cop-themed wrap for your car(s) to pretend playing as a cop chasing your friends.
