Cannot download, edit and share paints

I have just logged to need for speed to notice that all my cars are without wraps. I cannot download or edit my paints. There is a lock icon and a message "loading...". Speedlist racing works fine, ot...

I think there was some issue with EA servers. Other users reported that problem too at the same time and it started working again after 1-2 hours. 

Please check if servers are running without issues before giving such generic instructions like reinstall the game, etc.
