Cannot launch game, "Activate Your Game" screen doesn't work

Hello,

I cannot launch Need for Speed Rivals because it opens a new window to "Activate Your Game" when launching.  This "Activate Your Game" window doesn't let me login with my email.  It does let me login with any username/password combination (no validation) and then the "Enter Product Key" button doesn't work on the next screen.

It also does not let me play offline.  When launching offline, I get a different error that the license is expired.  The game is old, I may have purchase it over 10 years ago.  I think this might relate to the issue.

I have tried many things to resolve this:

1. Restarting PC
2. Restarting EA App
3. Resetting EA App Cache
4. Repairing game on EA App
5. Re-install EA App and repeating steps 1-4
6. Re-installing game
7. Removing ".dlf" files from "C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License" and repeating steps 1-6
