cannot load my game data due to internet in NFS:No Limits

months ago i've owned NFS No Limits in iphone 4s but i deleted it due to internet problems months later which is the present day i've reinstalled the game with my Game Center logged on later i was stuck to the loading screen. minutes later it says that it cant restore data due to its internet like that i press the retry button the message still show up with two buttons make new save data and retry button. i've pressed the retry button repeadtly over and over even i'm on a high internet place. minutes later i just gave up pressing the new save data button

will you guys help me answer the question in case if i deleted accidentally or got bored by playing the game and deleted the game
