Hi. So i buy NFS Heat this week, i played it and finished the 1st part and then got to this menu where i cant navigate the menus using the Q and E in keyboard. Tried reinstalling them, deleted the files in settings but nothings works. still the same. what else can i do? and oh Tab, enter arrow keys are working. its just when im in this page. q and e's not working.

Go to NFS: H document folder, then settings, and remove that settings folder. Restart the game and see if that helps.
Clear the game cache - https://help.ea.com/en-ca/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/. Restart again.
Also, you can remove any input device from your PC.

i just install and reinstall and contacted support that Q and E button not able to navigate when in garage. The key works when in lobby or other menu except garage. I have deleted the setting folder and clear cache. the error still the same. I have reported to support and reinstall the game but same result occurred. Any other method can be done? Support ask me to post in forum for this.

EA Staff (Retired)bro..u need to upgrade all required in the garage and then u can proceed with the game
