Cannot sign in ps4 ea account

Question

Hello,&nbsp;i play on PS4 and cannot log in to any EA live games. Currently trying NFS heat and NHL20. It says it’s unable to connect.&nbsp;I did have to create another PSN, and ea account, because the EA account I had for my regular PSN was not active and I do not remember the email I used for that account.&nbsp;I cannot get ahold of anyone from EA and I’m stuck with no direction right now.&nbsp;I’m convinced it has something to do with my other account but I play other games and cannot delete from the PS4.&nbsp;Please Help, THANKS!

I just got an error saying “You need to be signed in yo your EA account to access the online feature of this game” on NFS Heat. I heard this was resolved a while ago but now I seem to have the problem, any help ?

Ps4, I try connecting to servers. Says unable to connect to ea servers. Please help. I made sure the time and date was good on my PlayStation. Also signed into my ea account and verified my email. Still not connecting

I cannot play online. It tells me to connect to the internet.&nbsp;

There was a connectivity issue overnight but this was resolved at approximately 8am (BST) this morning.
