Please contact a Game Advisor if you are unable to active your DLC. They will need to perform account management changes that we are unable to perform on the forum.
Please make sure, you are using the same email address to log into Origin as you did when activating the content.
It may just be the case, that the bonus content is linked to a different account of yours.
I have the same issue and it's not to do with the email or password. I have also reset my password, and have checked my email address.
When I try to login it says "CD key **************** was used when the game was installed. This code was already. Registered with an EA account and can no longer be used to activate the online features of this title". I did have Shift 2 installed on a different computer except their, I could never login either.
