Can't build 65 Mustang after finding all parts

HI, I just found all of the parts of the 65 Mustang but the game still says I need to find the Accessories and Wheels and Tires and I can't build the Mustang. I tried a another car (the 55 Bel Air), found all of the parts and I can restore it. Is there a fix and is anyone else having this issue? Spoiler: One of the part locations are shown
