Can't connect to Autolog on Need for Speed Rivals and Most Wanted 2012 on Xbox.

@SargeCassidyLIVE Also, I have tried EA support, but they've been useless.
The "I want to update my EA Account information" option doesn't allow contact with an employee, only self-help articles.
I tried using different options, but they've gotten nowhere.
