I can't find any Origin login button after searching everywhere for it. Also, I've read around the internet and people say it should prompt you to login but I didn't get the prompt. Please help, I've ...

Is your issue with Most Wanted? Are you on iOS or Android? Did you get the game from the Apple App store or Google play?

I'm using an android phone and downloaded the game from Google play store.

  As you say you should have been prompted to log in with Origin, this should have happened the first time you played. Do you remember that and is it possible you either did log in or skipped past that prompt?
