Can't find NFS Rivals Complete Edition for sale.

Hey, I'm wanting to get the NFS complete edition they announced in September that would be coming out on 24/10/14 in Europe. I've been checking all the game sale sites and even the store on here but can't find it for sale anywhere. What's happened? Cancelled? Delayed? I can't find any info.

The Need for Speed™ Rivals: Complete Edition is available in Origin. 
What is the platform you are playing on?

Preferably PS4 but can't find it for either that or Xbox One. Is it only available on the PC?

Humm...It's available on&nbsp;PlayStation®4 PlayStation®3 PC Xbox One and&nbsp; Xbox 360® 
Can you find it in PlayStation Store in your console?
