Can't find NFS Rivals Complete Edition for sale.

Hey, I'm wanting to get the NFS complete edition they announced in September that would be coming out on 24/10/14 in Europe. I've been checking all the game sale sites and even the store on here but can't find it for sale anywhere. What's happened? Cancelled? Delayed? I can't find any info.
