can't get into the game

Summarize your bug i can only get into the main menu when i press "play solo" i get a loading screen and then the game black screenes and freezes. when i press "play online" i get the same, following the error code DR1010 and get kicked back into the main menu. i also already repaired the game on origin and reinstalled the game, still doesn't work.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try and get into the game
What happens when the bug occurs? game freezes and forces me to alt+F4
What do you expect to see? i'd quite like to actually play the game, not just the main menu
