Can't install game?

My windows updated to windows 11 because of the insiders beta thing, So maybe that is what's causing the issue. But here it goes...

I wanted to install NFS:Heat to play it. I thought the download was finished till I hear the error sound. I get three errors saying "Direct X was not installed successfully. Setup cannot continue. (4294967287)" Any thoughts on how I can get around this issue?

CPU: Intel i9 9900k

GPU: MSI Blower GeForce GTX 1080

RAM: 32gb DDR4 2400mhz

Storage: 1tb Samsung 960 SSD, 1tb WD Blue SSD

I read to disable my anti-virus, So I tried doing that. Nothing different happened.
