Can't Launch Need For Speed Payback

Can somebody please help me? I brought the game from steam a few days ago and I am trying to play it now, but no matter what I do, the game simply does not launch, I click play, the EA app pops up fo...

    To anyone in the future facing this problem after searching the internet a long time I found a solution after no other method working, Search up Environment variables in the windows search bar and go to "edit environment variables for your account", delete "game data" then ok (It has to do with the mod data if you use Frosty mod Manager, in my case, there were some data on Dragon Age Inquisition from when I last played it.)

Thank you for the reply @danisoff , sadly, I tried every single one of your's methods but nothing worked, I even reinstalled NFS Heat to see if the problem was happening on other games but no, I can play it just fine.
