Can't Launch NFS Heat

I bought NFS Heat From Steam and I just can't launch it.

While I try to "play", it switched to my origin account and with a black screen coming out, but it crash back to desktop and nothing more.

I found it created a mdmp file in my Crash_Dump folder every time I try launching the game.

Check that your system meets the following system requirements:

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    OS: Windows 10
    Processor (AMD): FX-6350 or Equivalent
Processor (Intel): Core i5-3570 or Equivalent
    Memory: 8 GB
Graphics card (AMD): Radeon 7970/Radeon R9 280x or Equivalent
Graphics card (NVIDIA): GeForce GTX 760 or Equivalent
DirectX: 11 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 320 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    Hard-drive space: 50 GB

    Thanks.

  • OS: Windows 10
    Processor (AMD): AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor 3.8GHz
    Memory: 16 GB
Graphics card (AMD): Asus Radeon RX590 Series
    Hard-drive space: SSD1TB + HD2TB

  • NFS Heat crashed into desktop without error after 5-10 minutes in game. No popup, no notification sound, nothing.

I cannot even pass the first mission.

Tried few of these, still the same crash

    1. Running at medium & high settings which gives me 55-75 fps ( fps from nvidia overlay )

    2. Running online / offline mode.

    3. Running without steam & nvidia overlay

    4. Running with / without administrator

    5. Drivers are all updated

    Played on Legion Y740 - i7 9750h, RTX2060,

    EDIT:

The culprit here is likely my graphic drivers. I had to uninstall them using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), reinstalled them from freshly downloaded drivers from nVidia, and NFS heat running smoothly for 40-60 minutes. But yet I still got same crashes. ( I tried using low, medium, high, and ultra settings alternately )

Downgrading my resolution to 1366 * 768 solved my problem (I'm both happy and sad). 3-4 hours playtime and not a single crash.

I wish there's some error log that this game can produce to inspect these kind of crash.

If you continue to crash after the following steps, please post your Dxdiag report here as that contains diagnostic info, thanks.
