Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered Issue

I have been going at this for 2 days now and tried my best in tryin and solving this issue and it still causing a headache for me ive tried to verify the game files , reinstall the game , clear ea launchers cache , reinstalling ea launcher , running both ea launcher and the game in admin mode , cleared both cache manually , deleted both the ea launcher and the games files manually and re verifed it and still this error exist is there anyway to fix this? ive been gone at this for 2 days now
