Can't login to Autolog website - SORRY, WE'RE NOT SHOWING THAT YOU OWN NEED FOR SPEED MOST WANTED
I registered Most Wanted in Origin (PC version) several days ago, yet I get the message "SORRY, WE'RE NOT SHOWING THAT YOU OWN NEED FOR SPEED MOST WANTED" when I try to login to the Autolog site at http://www.needforspeed.com/autolog.
The game is registered to my Origin account and I have played it for several hours. Considering the only way to create a profile picture is through the site, this is a problem.
Anyone else have this problem on PC? If it makes any difference, I bought the game via preorder from http://greenmangaming.com/ and registered it this past weekend on Origin.
Finally got this working after doing a couple of different things. Including my steps just in case it helps someone.
I reset my Origin password so that it does not contain special characters.
I cleared all Internet Explorer temporary files.
I logged in on the main http://needforspeed.com [needforspeed.com] page rather than the Autolog page, then clicked on the Autolog link only after logging in.
After doing these things in this order, it worked. Can't be sure which step solved it though.
