Can't make matte/satin effect for decals

Product: Need for Speed Payback
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Decals appear glossy regardless of finish change, same issue present with pre-made decals (ex. FATLACE, ILLEST)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:00AM

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select matte or satin finish or set smoothness to zero in paint+wrap/edit wrap/decals/change color
What happens when the bug occurs? Decals appear glossy regardless of finish change, same issue present with pre-made decals (ex. FATLACE, ILLEST)
What do you expect to see? Matte/satin finish

    I know the bug's already been reported but it was on PC and 11/5 before general release and patch. I've reposted with my recent experience and example of bug on PS4 (I'm sure Xbox users has same issue).

    I noticed the same thing playing last night, and I am on PC.

    This is strange because it's still the same wrap editor as in NFS 2015 and that game didn't have this problem.
