Cant navigate in menu. Q and E ( keyboard) wont work

Hi,

Go to NFS: H document folder, then settings, and remove that settings folder. Restart the game and see if that helps.
Clear the game cache - https://help.ea.com/en-ca/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/. Restart again.
Also, you can remove any input device from your PC.
