Unfortunately, account recovery can’t be handled through the community forums, since we don’t have access to private account information or account recovery tools here.

If you can still access the account, I’d recommend securing it as soon as possible by resetting your EA Account password, resetting the password for the email address linked to the account, and enabling two-factor authentication.  Please check the following guide if it helps.

If you can’t access the account, scroll down to Contact us in that guide. EA recommends having details such as the email originally used for the account, any linked platform IDs, and purchase information available to help verify ownership.

Thank you so much for your assistance. I was able to find the webform, as I couldn’t locate it earlier. I’m happy to say that I have successfully recovered my account. 🤟
