cant pay for nfs most wanted on galaxy note 2

Hi, I have just upgraded to an galaxy note 2. Most wanted is one of the pre-instaled apps. I really like the game, but I cant pay for it. I go through the process of paying for it it sends the sms to my carrier, but it does not go through. I had an galaxy s 2 and it worked fine on it. I really want the tmobile version because it works with the moga pro controller. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks
