Can't redeem 2005 Most Wanted on EA App

Hello, I have original NFS:MW 2005 (with box), but I don't have a disk reader on my computer. I have code in the box, but the code I entered is not accepted. Can you help me?

    Hey @AUE8WB1 

    No to confirm, if we are attempt to redeem a CD key you will want to check out the information provided in our help article: How to redeem your product and promo codes

    When you attempt to redeem the CD Key, we would need to proceed based on the error message you get. 

    • If the key already shows as redeemed, you would need to sign into the account that has already redeem the code. 
    • If the code is expired we would be unable to redeem to CD Key, and you would need to speak with your retailer. 
    • If the code gives a message it cannot be redeemed, check your box incase there is a specific place you need to redeem to code at.

    I contacted support and proved that the game is original with my CD key, which is not available on the internet (I also have photos of the game box and CD). However, they did not accept the code written on the box of my game and told me to ask for another code from the company. I bought the game from a company called Aral and it only had a CD key.

    If I send the photos to an authorized person, will they add the game to my library?
