Can't save controls NFS Most Wanted

NFS Most Wanted 2012 on Windows 10 (russian) I set it two days ago and I can't save controls settings. During the game I could change controls, but every next launch controls are skipped to default....

I had this problem and solve it when I update Windows and also Nvidia drivers to the latest version. I had this problem on Need for Speed No Limits
