Please follow the steps to check latest system updates Link : https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/system-updates/ps4/ 2. Power cycle PS4 Touch the power button on the front till the system beeps twice, unplug it, and disconnect the power cord. Wait a couple seconds and then plug it back in. 3. Restore PS4 to default Link : http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/restore_setting.html 4. Contact your ISP to ports configuration FIFA 18 online ports : https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/fifa/fifa-18/online-ports-for-fifa-18 5. Remove currupt data Link : https://support.us.playstation.com/articles/en_US/KC_Article/Manage-PS4-Saved-Game-Data-in-System-Storage 6. Take Ps4 out of Rest mode Link : http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/basic/power.html 7. Restore PS4 License Select (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses]. 8. Rebuild Database Turn off the PS4 system by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off. Once the PS4 system is off, press and hold the power button again. Release it after you hear the second beep: one beep will sound when you first press, and another seven seconds later. Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller. Then select Rebuild database and then initialize PS4 |
