Can't start the game in any way, NFS 2015; ActivationUI.exe

I recently downloaded NFS 2015 and my first session  went smoothly, however once I closed the game and decided to play again a second time it just wouldn't start.

After a day of research I realized that the problem may be caused by ActivationUI.exe situated inside the core folder, this file just won't start since it gets flagged as a virus or unwanted software, I can't even add it to my exceptions since it gets flagged again as unsafe. I tried updating my drivers, restarting my machine, using windows powershell to bypass windows security ( which worked ActivationUI.exe is now an exception but it still won't launch because it is still flagged ), using administrator on Activation, EA play, Xbox game pass and Powershell but still nothing. I'm at a loss here I really don't know what else to try. What's more of it if I try to repair the game it just crashes my EA app permanently, making me have to restart my pc.
