Have you set the Power Options of your laptop to High Performance? At the same time make sure that you've setup a Gaming Profile so that your system uses the dedicated GPU, instead of the integrated one.

Yes I play in High performance mode while charging, so there is no dearth of power to the GPU, and I know and checked again that I play on my dedicated GPU and not the Intel integrated one.
I've attached the Can You Run it, Screenshot. Although it says my GPU is under powered, I can run the game comfortably at high settings. Cheers to the devs for optimizing that. But still no screenshot ability.

As a last avail: is it possible that you might have to press the Fn (Function) key, or similar, to be able to use the PrtScn button? I know that laptops have smaller keyboards so sometimes you have to press something extra in order to get a button to work.
You could perhaps try with the on-screen keyboard if you haven't done so yet.
