Car got stuck, no way to recover

Product: Need for Speed Heat
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Car got stuck, no way to move or save progress from the night. Had to just close the game and lose it all.
What car were you using? Koenigsegg Regera 2016 Hypercar
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Community Build
What was the last event you played? Heat 5 sprint race. Was trying to get to the nearest garage to save the part I just got.
Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The minimap in the corner shows the location, some building site in the city. Got stuck under the crane.
What happens when the bug occurs? Car becomes completely immobile. Tried for over half an hour to get out and didn't move.
What do you expect to see? An unstuck/reset option to return you to the nearest road, regardless of heat level. Maybe somewhere in the options menu and can only be used every few minutes so it can't be abused.

Spun quickly around in the dirt to make a detour for the billboard on the way to the garage, hit the crane and got pinned under it. The crane even turned in place, back and forth every few minutes, but the collision didn't move.

    @Ayla_DeWilde Manual reset is a much needed option in this game. Even when getting stuck and being respawned automatically by the game, it takes too long for it to realize you are stuck.

    And why not just teleport the car without fading the screen black like in Most Wanted? I guess it has to do with something technical.

    Once, I was busted because it took too long to autorespawn me. Another time I was busted because the fade-black screen took too long. My car was standing still with no control over it, so the cops had busted me while the screen was still in place.

    On the other hand, when you fall into the water, the black screen is pretty quick. I wonder why the on-road one is so long.

    Same except I was in the P1 & stuck near a house on a side road & lost 1.2M+ REP. I was at night so NO fast travel or anything. EA needs to add a reset button for reasons like this. Kind of pissed honestly trying to grind to Crew Level 50. On PS4
