Car won’t accelerate to its full potential

So been having a issue where my car can’t go past 120, when I’m suppose to have a 303 hp 88 m3. It really struggles for the car to go. I tried game sharing and for my friend works just find. But for ...

    So it works when I change my controllers from accessibility which is so weird

its on the fly settings if you use a controller is right on the digital pad or 6 on the numpad while your in the open world will have to move away from the garage to configure it but allows you change the how the car handles, steering tightness or looseness, also changing on how to start the drift default it gas.
