Cars and Bank reset after restarting because of save error

@EA_Barry@EA_BarryThe Pre-Order content, Cars (also Upgrades) and money disappered. Everything was set back to the start. Only the REP Level is correct.
The car paintwork is permanent in " loading..."
I've also got an empty CrashDump Data which was created after the problem started

Error message was a long the lines of 'connection error not able to save changes'.
The OP encountered this issue when customising body parts of the car by the looks of it, I encountered this issue first by upgrading performance parts and then again by trying to customise body parts.

I encountered this issue shortly after Ana lost her vehicle to Shawn. Not sure if that is relevant or not.

The issue that is first encountered prevents us from making any further customisation's to our vehicles, which is when we would then log out to the lobby to log back in. It then tells us there is a conflict between cloud save and local save and we are only given the option to upload local save and not given an option to use the cloud save instead.

When accepting our fate of having to use the local save over the cloud save, we are then taken into the game, given a character that is possibly not the one we choose at the start and given a test drift Nissan 180SX (which I'm sure shouldn't still be in the game as it contains place holder descriptions and isn't fully customisable). We lose all the bank we had and our garage is cleaned out. The deluxe edition vehicles are even removed from the car dealership so we can't simply buy them back.

We are able to make money using this test vehicle and purchase a proper vehicle when we get enough cash, but as mentioned above, we are not able to make any personal visual changes to the car. It seems like it isn't really worth trying to continue playing either as the accounts now seem broken.

Unfortunately I don't have any files to attach showing error message.

@EA_Barry Same problem here.. Play 1 day.. Today enter game, grind money trying intal turbo on porshe cayman got messeg :"can't install part" restart game and all progress lost m. No delux cars no porshe no Nissan, no cash.. Character change to other.. Instead got my heat lvl and bugget 180sx..cant put tyres coz they don't exist and suspension is ultra+ and can't change it.. And all this issue happnd in multiplayer mode.. I delete game and install back but didn't have time to check it have to go work.. Tomorrow will check.
