@Joormatt Got the same problem, right after a story mission I could drive outside but no progession was visible, no money earned, tryed resarting game... it asked me if i wanted to sync my local and online progression cause they were not the same... obvious i hit yes and now im with starter car (even the character is another one now) and all my cars are gobe not even the bonus ones... gonna quite game til this was fixed, not much fun playing without progress

    So I got Origin Access last friday to play need for speed heat with my friends.
    All was fine and dandy until I updated the game and now my 26 hrs or so of grinding is gone.
    All campaign progress, onlineprogress, rep, tricked out cars etc is gone. 
    I've to restart the campaign again and start from zero.

    EDIT: I play on PC btw
