I want to Change my Picture without webcam

To whom it may concern,

I am requesting a walkthough to change that picture that shows up when racing online with NFS Hot Pursuit. (The small picture shown beside your gamertag while playing NFS.)

I have changed the "profile" picture but it has not changed in game.

Web Autolog ( profile , statistic etc... ) is not working anymore for Hot Pursuit (only for new Most Wanted ) so there is no way you can change profile picture ☹️
