Changing the resolution to 680x400 or 800x600

Guys Help! So i bought this game when it was on sale. But i dont have a good pc. So i can only play the game at 17 fps. So i need help from you guys on how can i chance the res to 680x400, or 800x600...

1024x768 is the minimum resolution available, hopefully that will be low enough for the game to be playable for you.

yeah but on that res i have 17fps. I know its possible to go lower with commands. Because ive seen it on youtube. So it whould be awesome if you told me
