Cheating/using Trainers in Singleplayer

Is there an anticheat to prevent players from doing so in singleplayer and can you even get banned for cheating in sp? Of course in multiplayer, you will (at least i hope so) but I am not sure how m...

    The single player is totally offline. They may or may not track that in SP mode.

well considering freeroam its lobby based  and rest is single player none of this is considered multiplayer really lol would be more like a LAN since u have entier city empty whith only 8 people lmao so cheating would be farly easy to get away whith
