Hi guys, can I check if any of you play offline do you encounter the same issue? Do you happen to notice this happening around any networking-related glitches?

I have only encountered this problem whenever I hop onto online, but when I am in solo it’s fine. I already switched from a lan cable to wireless and it still is happening, I turned off my router/modem but still happens, I deleted the game and downloaded it again but it still happens. I restarted my console and it still happens.
