Car manufacturer has the end say for the make,model and all allowed customizations.
Contracts are finalize with EA who works with each organization and company when adding legal content for the game.
Ghost Studios then adds these items and advertising to the game as the design and create the game.

- @BLVD69 Doeant hurt EA to request to use cars that the community want though like rx8 R3 or rx8 spirit R, civic EP3 with a forged k20 or Integra's or 90s civic si coupes and also the VTi/VTiS coupes for eg or ek models (eg preferred) to be hounest this isn't even the tip of the icebergs there are quite a few I would love to see
I fully agree it's always Ok to ask here in the forums for new content for the game.
However, there is a legal side to all things and that's where companies and EA have to make it legal to have
Ghost Studios add that "Said Content".
I encourage all players to post their shared ideas for content, that is a good way to give EA & Ghost Studios feedback.
