Need For Speed MW2012

My speedpoints seem to be stuck at certain level.

I play, I win speedpoints, and then they reset back to that same number again.

I've been trying for days, uninstall reinstall, repair game, etv but the speedpoints go back to 427,650. In my previous time, I've already defeated all MWs and got their cars too but recently I reinstalled and I was at 427,650 and still the speedpoints reset back to the same no matter how many I earn.
