*Clap* *Clap* Bravo. You broke the game EA/Ghost.

The title pretty much sums everything up. 

So now I can't even get online due to the error message of "You need to be signed in to your EA Account to access the online features of this game. Please check your internet connection." But yet I have a 50ms ping to your servers based off of your public IP address for the servers. Plus I'm getting 100mbit/s for an internet connection. So instead of fixing an ongoing issue with people losing their progress. You guys at Ghost have managed to break this game even more. I've been patient with you guys for the last month that I've owned this game. I've liked the game so far at a very large degree, and I was anticipating a lot more out of you guys. But now my hopes have been crushed. I now can't even access one of the most basic functions of this game which is the multiplayer on my PS4 console. When will you guys at Ea/Ghost pull your heads out of your rears, and start FIXING THIS GAME. DO IT! FIX THE GAME! MAKE IT WORK CORRECTLY. STOP PUTTING OUT POOR EFFORT PATCHES, AND MAKE THIS GAME GREAT. STOP PRIORITIZING YOUR OTHER TITLES, AND FIX THE BROKEN ONES THAT YOU HAVE! I'm losing my patience. I will await the patch that fixes this issue. If it does not fix the issue I'm encountering. I'm going to request my money back for this game. I didn't spend over 80 dollars on this game, and wait two years for you guys to take away features from me on a title that I really like. 

You have my condolences. FIX THIS BROKEN GAME!

  • I magically got logged into my EA Account I never logged out of today. Problem may be fixed!

    I did nothing on my end, just tried to get on and have been playing for an hour now.

  • @adamburger16 EA AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE A BUNCH OF *. GIVE ME A REFUND!!! IM TIRED OF WAITING ON THIS GAME TO BE FIXED!!! I LIKE HOE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVUCE PHONE DOESNT WORK ANYMORE. * JACKASSES.

    I have talked to EA Sports and tried a ton of things today basically I've done everything so the problem is at their end! Did you notice that after the update you could not login they finally admitted they're having major problems with log on. However they could not give me a date or time for the fix. I have never seen a more incompetent company is this one. I made the guy stay in chat with me as I tried everything he said when it all failed he said to me just wait a few hours and you'll be able to connect LOL I told him he was an idiot. I told him never to lie to me again like that. This game appsolutely sucks at this point!!! I am guessing they will not get this game online for quite some time what a bunch of fools. There's also another problem they have posted nothing anywhere informing us as to what they're going to do to fix this problem how incompetent and worthless they really are. I know I already said they were incompetent but I feel like I just can't say it enough.

  • @rocketvin I can understand them not knowing WHEN any issue will be resolved, there are a ton of potential technical issues to take into account when coding fixes, but like you I agree, they are HORRIBLE, they haven't even got the balls to say they KNOW that there's an issue OR that they will be looking into said issues.
    I'm just about done buying any games anymore. They simply release so called AAA titles nowadays which are nothing more than beta versions and then MAYBE they fix all the issues IF enough people complain. More likely though, they'll just ban the loudest complainers and ignore that there were legitimate issues raised.
    As you can see by the lack of responses on ANY threads on all the forums.

  • I have the same problem on my sons Xbox1 . Thru ea access. But it works fine on mine. (Battlefront). So I signed into a new profile on his xbox1 and it works fine on that. But not his profile. Says “ you must be signed into an EA account to access online features “. Then when I try. It says “ you are not allowed to access online features “ wth... he has an adult account with no restrictions... to make it worse. I signed up last night and the alternate email address to reset his password ( cause that don’t work either) must of had a typo in it. As I’m not receiving the link. Waste of $6. Bwahahahaha
